Cancellation Policy for Travel Hub
- Amendment/Plan Change
- Charge for Changes: A 20% charge of the total package booking applies for any changes to the itinerary after the booking has been confirmed.
- Cancellation After Confirmation
- Fee After Confirmation: If cancelled after confirmation and issuance of the hotel voucher, a 30% cancellation fee of the total package cost will apply.
- Cancellation Before 10 Days
- Fee Before 10 Days: A 50% cancellation fee of the total package cost applies if cancelled within 10 days of the travel date.
- Cancellation Within 7 Days
- Fee Within 7 Days: A 100% cancellation fee of the total package cost applies if cancelled within 7 days of the travel date.
- Travel Plan Flexibility
- No Flexibility: There is no flexibility in the travel plan once confirmed.
- Transportation Cancellations
- Train and Flight Tickets: Cancellations of train and flight tickets will follow Indian railway/airline rules, with refunds processed after receipt from the respective service provider.
- Force Majeure
- No Refunds for Unforeseen Circumstances: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to assist within our capabilities.
- Hotel and Company Policies
- Subject to Rules and Regulations: Cancellation policies are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective hotels and companies.
- Cancellation Communication
- Written Communication Required: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
